"In early 2003, my Wife and I purchase a Sealey Posturepedic king size mattress. This mattress was sold to us at approx. $2,000. It served us very well for a period of time, up into the year 2004, then it began to develope a sag on both sides of the bed. My wife and I are below average in size and weight. I measured the sag at exactly 2 inches, and followed the proper steps outlined in the warannty prodecures. After three weeks of attempting to get beyond the electronic answering systems, I, to no avail, tried to schedule one of Sealey's inspectors, and after their rescheduling (more than once), and then not even showing up, decided to forget my earnest efforts and look in another direction for a mattress.
